The role of infections is to lower the immunity of the body. There are three types of infections. Viral, fungal, and bacterial infections are the main classes of diseases. Infections are treatable by use of drugs such as antibiotics. Our body can be unhealthy as a result of psychological and physical injuries. Destroyed structures as a result of injuries make our body to be weak. Our body can be unhealthy through improper diet. Improper diet does not have the required nutrient for the health of the body. Some of the examples of the important nutrients are carbohydrates, proteins, vitamins, fat, and minerals.

The current generation is different with that of the past. A lot of things have changed on the health of beings. New infections such as cancer, ebola, and AIDS have erupted. Technology is the root cause of the current health problems. Technology for an example has changed the habit of eating of many people. One of the causes of cancer is diet. There are a few modern healthy difficulties that are troubling beings each and every time. Obesity is one of the healthy problem that is troubling individuals in the modern days. Obesity is a state of having an excess calorie in the body. Obesity is mostly brought about by sedentary lifestyles. It has now come that people can get access to their essentials in life by seating down. This is unhealthy to the body. Obesity has been known to be treatable by performing exercises and liposuction surgery.

The modern days people are experiencing insomnia as a healthy challenge. Expect cases of insomnia among individuals to be brought about by stress and application of drugs. Insomnia can be cured through taking depressants and living a healthy lifestyle. Ear infections have troubled many in the current world.
